Teka eShop Terms and Conditions

 


Shun Hing Electric Works & Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'SHEW', 'the company', 'us', 'we' or 'our') provides the content and services on this Teka eShop website (hereinafter 'eShop'). By accessing and purchasing in the eShop website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.


1. Order Verification
After receiving your order, we will check the information you provide for validity. We also verify the pricing, quantity and current stock status of the purchased products. We reserve the right to decline any order submitted and/or limit the product quantities purchased by you, without giving any reason. In the event that a product is out of stock, you will receive notification of order cancellation. In the event of system error, the company has the right to cancel the transaction.


2. Payment
After customers completed order details confirmation, the payment procedures will be processed in PayDollar Payment Gateway and we will not capture user's credit card information in this process. Customers will only be charged when the order is successfully accepted.


3. Delivery

  • 3.1 eShop will arrange Shun Hing Logistics Co., Ltd. to provide free delivery service (No delivery service will be provided for outlying islands).
  • 3.2 All delivery service should be within Hong Kong (except for closed areas). Customer will receive phone call for delivery reservation within 3-5 working days after orders are successfully processed.

Additional Stair Charge
(Per Piece & Floor)

 The fee applies to the total number of steps that the deliveryman walk through from the time the truck is parked to the time he arrives at the delivery location. It is charged per 10 steps, including up or down stairs. (total number of steps below or equal to 9 are free of charge).

- In premises with obvious floors but no lifts/stairs, such as ramps in old multi-storey car parks. Fees for going up and down floors are based on this fee schedule. The provision that the first nine levels are free does not apply.

- Delivery of goods and disposal of used appliances will be counted as two trips.

Crossing Obstacles Charge

Remote Area Charge

 If the destination is not accessible by cars but accessible by carts only (distance between parking and building’s entrance to be 100m or above), surcharge is required HK$150 per item HK$250 per item HK$350 per item Delivery of goods and disposal of used appliances will be counted as two trips

Remarks:
It does not include dismantling water pipes, gas pipes or electrical wires, or moving or dismantling anything in the passageway of the customer's home.
If the customer's residence area or passage - such as corridors, doorways, etc. are not sufficient for the entry and exit of goods, no moving service will be provided.
Relevant arrangements and charges will be adjusted based on actual conditions. If the actual environment is unsafe or unfeasible, the service will not be provided.

4.1 For the above table, in case of dispute, Shun Hing Logistics Co., Ltd. reserves the right for final decision.


5. Not for resell
All products sold at eShop are for end-users only. All illegal purpose is prohibited. If we have any suspicion on the usage for the purchased items, SHEW reserves the right to cancel the transaction.


6. Deadline to collect the product
All products must be delivered within two months from the date of order placement, otherwise we will charge 3% of total purchase value on uncollected products per month as storage fee. The order will be automatically cancelled and uncollected products will be discharged accordingly after six months and no refund will be made.


7. No refund, no return or exchange of product
All items sold are non refundable, non returnable and non exchangeable after the completion of payment procedures. Customers must verify all the information, including product model, specification and price carefully before placing order. 8. Product Warranty
All items have a two-year warranty (except display products). The warranty date is calculated from the date of product purchase and only applies to residential addresses, excluding any commercial addresses. 9. Display products terms & conditions

  • 9.1 All display products are function normal, dent or Scratch may appear and without original packing.
  • 9.2 The pictures are for reference only, the actual product shall prevail. Quantities are limited and while supplies last.
  • 9.3 All display product includes 1-year warranty.
  • 9.4 Free delivery service (For details, please refer to the "Delivery Service" section of the website).
  • 9.5 All display products must be delivered within two months from the date of order placement, otherwise we will charge 3% of total purchase value on uncollected products per month as storage fee. The order will be automatically cancelled and uncollected products will be discharged accordingly after six months and no refund will be made.
  • 9.6 If you need to arrange installation, site visit, or additional installation/dismantle of old machines, additional fees will be charged.
  • 9.7 Door hinge modification service requires additional charge of $150.
  • 9.8 All display products are non-returnable, exchangeable and refundable.



In case of dispute, Shun Hing Electric Works & Engineering Co., Ltd. reserves the right for final decision.

In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese version of this terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
